BK Staff Secondary Scholarships

Two (2) awards are offered to top performing secondary students who are children of Restaurant Associates Limited employees.

• Two (2) BK Staff Secondary Scholarships valued at $375,000 payable over 5 years of high school in annual $75,000 installments.
  • Staff Secondary Scholarships are exclusively offered to top performing final year PEP students who are children of Burger King/RAL employees.
  • Staff Secondary Scholarships are open only to primary school Grade 6 students who:
    • Are children of Restaurant Associates Ltd staff across all brands.
    • Parent(s) are/are currently employed at Restaurant Associates Limited for at least 1 year.
    • The parent(s) must be employed at Restaurant Associates Ltd (operators of Burger King) throughout the tenure of the scholarship.

Secondary Awards Criteria

• Applicants’ PEP results will be ranked by the Ministry of Education.
• Provide certified copies of the last 2 available (2) term reports from the Grade 6 academic year. If 2 reports are not available from the Grade 6 year, please feel free to use the latest Grade 5 report to supplement the application submission.
• Must have at least an 85 % or B+ average, or a 3.0 GPA.
• Must be involved in at least two (2) extracurricular or community activities.
• Staff Secondary Awards require the parent(s) to be employed with Burger King for at least one (1) year.
• Open Secondary Scholarships and Open Secondary Book Bursaries are open to any PEP students who are completing Grade 6 and matriculating to high school for academic year starting September 2026 island wide.
